Non-Refundable Deposits and Items

  • As bespoke and made-to-measure dresses and accessories are made to your unique measurements, requirements, and design, bespoke dresses, accessories, and deposits are non-refundable.

Fabric Changes

  • If you wish to change the fabric of a design, a new quote will be provided to reflect any additional layers or cost of fabric.

  • If you choose to change the fabric for your bespoke dress after the initial fabric has been ordered, this will incur an additional charge.

Design Changes

  • Any major design changes requested after the first fitting (requiring a new toile sample) will be chargeable. Minor adjustments to the original sample are not included in this policy.

  • As the design process unfolds, any changes to the design requiring additional work will be added to the final payment- for example, starting with a plain corset and adding in appliqués.

Ownership of Design

  • Phoebe Crosby Design retains ownership of the bespoke dress design.

Made to Measure

  • While made-to-measure dresses are crafted to your specifications, minor alterations may occasionally be needed to contour seamlessly to your natural curves if you have not come to the studio for toile fittings.

Payment Terms

  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking and allow the sampling process to begin. Full payment is required at the point of invoice for accessory orders under £1000.

  • The final payment must be made and cleared in advance of your final fitting.

Footwear Requirements

  • For floor-length dresses, please wear the same footwear you plan to wear on your wedding day during your fitting. Hemming will be based on the measurements taken at the fitting.

Final Fittings

  • Final fittings will take place approximately 8 weeks before your wedding date, and your dress will be made to these measurements. For international orders- you will be given a custom timeline for postage.

Post-Final Fitting Adjustments

  • Any adjustments required due to weight loss or gain after the final fitting will incur an additional charge and cannot be guaranteed.

International Shipping

  • Phoebe Crosby Design is not responsible for any import or customs duties applied by international customs. These are payable to DHL only.

Agreement

  • By requesting your invoice and paying your deposit, you confirm that you accept these terms.
