Orders are shipped with DHL tracked, signed & insured. Not inclusive of international import duties and taxes.

RETURNS

As all of my bridal gowns and accessories are bespoke and made to order, I do not accept refunds or returns. Each dress is carefully crafted to your exact specifications, ensuring a truly unique and personal piece.

Before proceeding with your order (for bespoke services), you will receive a detailed quote along with a Terms of Service document outlining all policies, including fittings, alterations, and final approvals.

In the unlikely event that your gown is found to be defective, I will, of course, offer necessary corrections. However, I take the utmost care in my craftsmanship to ensure every piece meets the highest standards.
