Quality takes time - each item is hand crafted to order and can take from 2-4 weeks to be dispatched.


**Returns Policy**

At Phoebe Crosby Design, we understand the importance of your special day and strive to provide you with exquisite custom-made bridal bows and veils that meet your unique vision. Each piece is meticulously crafted with care and attention to detail. Due to the personalized nature of our custom-made bridal accessories, we regret to inform you that we do not accept returns or exchanges, except in the case of manufacturing defects or errors on our part.

**1. Eligibility for Returns:**

- Custom-made bridal bows, mini’s and veils are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in cases of manufacturing defects or errors on our part.
- We highly recommend reviewing all specifications, measurements, and design details carefully before placing your order to ensure accuracy.

**2. Manufacturing Defects or Errors:**

- If you receive a custom-made bridal bow, mini dress or veil with a manufacturing defect or if there is an error on our part, please contact us immediately upon receipt.
- We will work diligently to address the issue and provide a resolution, which may include repairing or replacing the item at no additional cost to you.

**3. Order Cancellation:**

- Once an order for a custom-made bridal bow or veil has been placed and production has commenced, it cannot be canceled or modified.
- Please ensure all order details are accurate before confirming your purchase.

“Where dreams meet craftsmanship”

I began sewing in 2018 when I had my first daughter and have been learning and evolving ever since. My love for bridal gowns started when I set myself the goal of making my own wedding dress. The way I felt when I put my dress on for my wedding day was unmatched. Every aspect was designed for me, parts of my personality carefully curated into one dress. I want to bring that passion and excitement to other Brides across the world. I bring a unique level of craftsmanship, ensuring that every single stitch is perfect, and accepting nothing less for my brides.

How does the design process work?

From the beginning, we will work together to discover what your dream dress really looks like. We will uncover all of the key aspects you would love your bespoke gown to have, and equally design aspects you’d like to steer away from. Working through sketches and samples until we create your dream dress, I will show you all of the available fabrics in my look book and order in more samples when needed.
Once we have our design finalised, I will create a ‘toile’, this is a sample of your dress in a plain cotton fabric, to give us an idea of shape and style. At this point, we make any further changes to the design and perfect the fit. All of my Bespoke Wedding Dresses are handmade in my Cambridgeshire studio.

Next steps…

The design process can usually take around 2-4 months, depending on your availability for sampling. Once we have completed and perfected our fittings of the toile, I will begin to make your dress in your chosen fabrics. At this point, no changes can be made to your dress. I will do one final fitting in your chosen fabric to confirm everything is sitting as it should, and then complete the dress. This process can take anywhere from 2-4 months again.

Custom Bridal Mini Dress

“It’s like unwrapping a present to myself”

Each order is so important to me, and I want you to feel that excitement when you open your order, whether it’s a mini dress, bow or bridal gown. Bridal Bows and Veils come in a branded A4 Box which can be reused to keep your wedding keepsakes in. Bridal Mini Dresses come in these gorgeous ribbon closure boxes as shown on the right and Bridal Gowns come in a zip closure branded fabric box. Everything is wrapped in white acid free tissue.
